Bob Cross is an experienced association executive. He is the past Director of Design with the National Museums Corporation of Canada, an accomplished writer and past editor of Engineering Careers in Canada, Canadian Consumer and the Journal of Food Science. A graduate in science from the Royal Military College of Canada, his post-university education has included MBA courses at the University of Ottawa and technical courses at Algonquin College. Bilingual, he has many years of experience in national associations at the executive level as well as experience in the public sector and private industry.

We allow busy volunteers to focus on governance. All Not-for-Profit associations struggle with board support, membership growth, office administration, finances and communications and we provide those and other services to a broad range of national and international clients.
Our clients range from small associations with operating revenues of less than $30,000 to large ones with budgets in excess of three quarters of a million dollars. These groups cover the full range of NFP association endeavours, including program accreditation and professional certification.
Bonnie James has over 20 years of experience in accounting, coordinating and managing associations, societies and foundations. As Megram's Director of Finance and Administration, she is responsible for all company fincancial tasks including management and analysis. She also is responsible for the full financial management and all of the accounting, reporting and audit functions for 12 national and international clients, including membership invoicing, banking and the control and management of surplus and special funds. She acts as the executive director/manager for a number of associations managed by Megram.
Lynn Burgess has over 20 years of hands-on experience across a wide range of client services, from managing grants to payroll and medical records managment. She was the Human Resources Manager for Dinmar in Ottawa for eight years after gaining account servicing experience at Sasktel and as research ethics co-ordinator and business manager at the University of Ottawa. Lynn acts as the executive director/manager of a number of national clients and one international association. She also fills the role of human resources manager for Megram and is responsible for employee reviews, training and supervision.
