Bob Cross is an experienced association executive. He is the past Director of Design with the National
Museums Corporation of Canada, an accomplished writer and past
editor of Engineering Careers in Canada, Canadian Consumer and
the Journal of Food Science. A graduate in science from
the Royal Military College of Canada, his post-university
education has included MBA courses at the University of Ottawa
and technical courses at Algonquin College. Bilingual, he has over
25 years of experience in national associations at the executive
level plus experience in the public sector and private industry
- enabling him to relate personally and directly with clients
and their needs.

Meghan
Howard is a
professional writer and editor with over 15 years of experience
in journalism and public relations. She is currently the editor of
Veritas magazine, the bilingual magazine of the Royal
Military Colleges Club of Canada and editor-in-chief of
The Canadian Die Caster, the
trade magazine of the Canadian Die Casters Association - along
with
numerous association newsletters. Meghan is experienced in website layout and
design, and in addition, acts as the
Assistant Executive Director for one of the company's largest
association clients. She is a past community newspaper editor, and has worked for papers
across Eastern Ontario. She has a Bachelor of Journalism Honours degree from
Carleton University's School of Journalism where she was the recipient of a four-year Ottawa Citizen Scholarship. See

Bonnie
James
has over 16 years
experience
in accounting, coordinating and
managing associations, societies and foundations. In addition to
being responsible for all company accounting tasks and the
accounting functions for five clients, she also
acts as
the
executive director for four
client associations managed by Megram. Bonnie has completed a career development program
in technology skills and enrolled in the third year of the Certified
General Accounting program. Additionally, she is a graduate from
Algonquin College diploma program in Advanced Interior Design.

MacDougall
has over 15 years administrative experience with increasing
levels of responsibility during that time. In addition to
being executive assistant to the president, she provides
administrative support to the Association of Accrediting
Agencies of Canada as assistant executive director. Her
employment background includes work as an independent
administrative assistant, with a large international
construction company and with two printing
companies in Ottawa.

Anita Law
has 15 years of experience in media relations and journalism. In
addition to being responsible for managing the National
Fieldwork Placement Service, she helps with all of the
communications tasks related to promoting clients. She hails from the Cayman Islands where her
past work experience included positions with the Cayman Islands
government both as an Information officer and communications
manager of a year-long national celebration.
She has Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Communications from
the University of Glamorgan and a post-graduate diploma in
Public and Media Relations from the University of Wales

Rayanne Patacairk joined Megram in the spring of
2009 to help with National Fieldwork Placements and to provide
general administrative support in the office. She is also
our receptionist and membership data entry clerk. While her
immediate background has been in working with children with disabilities as
a qualified educational assistant, she brings a number of years
of office and organizational experience to the company.

Fundraising Assistant |
Paula Inglis has over 13 years of experience in sales
and marketing - from advertising sales at the Renfrew Mercury to
event planning for the Ottawa Senators. She has her
certificate in Sport Business Management from Algonquin College
and is co-owner of Buzzell Motorsport Promotions in Renfrew.
Paula brings much needed talent and skills to Megram where her
ability to deal with clients personally will help further
develop our growing website business in Renfrew County, general
ad sales for the magazines that we publish and help raise
corporate funding for scholarships for Canadian women studying
engineering on behalf of our client, the Canadian Engineering
Memorial Foundation.

Michelle Rickard
has more than 10 years of professional writing
experience and is trained in media relations, photography and
website content management. She is the communications officer
and magazine editor for Kin Canada, a national service
organization. She is past editor of Nepean This Week, and
her articles and photographs have appeared in newspapers and
magazines across Ontario. She has a diploma in journalism-print
from Niagara College.

Devon Lesk
has over three years
of experience in website development, design, video
editing, and 3D graphics. Greatly increased requests for quality
websites has allowed Megram to expand again, with Devon
now responsible for coding new sites in accordance with W3C
Accessibility Standards and for bringing existing websites up to
that standard. He is experienced in CSS and PHP coding and MySQL
database management. A recent graduate of the
Interactive Multimedia Developer Program at Algonquin College, he previously worked as a freelance designer and
website developer.

Richard Eady
is our part-time programmer and helps Graeme maintain our four
off-site servers. He is an expert in Access
databases, e-commerce programming and various other back-end
custom code work that our clients require.

Graeme Cross
is a qualified IT technologist who works part-time keeping our
computers, equipment and servers running smoothly. In addition,
he also has a Diploma in
Advertising from Loyalist College where he majored in graphic design,
illustration and photographic rendering.

Ian
Howard
is a professional photographer and graphic designer for magazines and sales
catalogues and is
known for his expertise
in Photoshop. He is responsible
for the design and layout of publications on a part-time basis,
including Veritas Magazine and Die Caster. He has a Diploma in Photojournalism from Loyalist
College and a BA in Mass Communication from Carleton University.
